No. You can get access to the gym facilities for your personalised sessions.

I provide specialised training for corporate professionals looking to enhance their fitness and performance as well as athletes—including footballers, golfers, and marathon runners.

How are your training sessions structured?

I dedicate 60 minutes to each session, maximising results in minimal time and tailored to your goals and stress management needs.  

How do your sessions help with stress management?

I integrate recovery and breathing techniques to help manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall energy levels, in turn allowing you to perform better in both your daily activities and workouts.

What if i have injuries or specific health concerns? 

In your complimentary session I assess your needs and tailor safe and effective workouts for your condition.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 24-Hour notice is required – Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Rescheduling – If you cancel in advance, we’ll find a new time that works for both of us.
